To AUTOMATE PDF (CREATION / NAMING / SAVING / EMAIL):
** SETTING UP TO HAVE A ONE BUTTON PDF CREATION PROCESS!**
- Go to your CONTROL PANEL and Select 'PRINTERS AND FAX" and select
FUTURE SOLUTIONS - PDFACTION CREATOR
- Right mouse click on THE ICON and select MAKE DEFAULT PRINTER !
- From your 'All Programs' list select PDFACTIONCREATOR > Preferences
- You are then presented with choices for automation.
- ....you can choose a destination folder to automatically save your PDFs into after creation.
- ....you can have the PDF named automatically as your current documents name.
- ....you can automatically have the PDF called up and viewed in your PDF reader.
- ....you can automatically have the PDF ready and placed into an email for emailing.
- Example.....if you are in Microsoft Word simply select the 'PRINT' icon and it does everything for you!

And thats it! Now by simply pressing the "PRINT ICON" in i.e. It does the work for you!
** And you can still use your other printers to print to by simply going to the FILE MENU and select 'print'.
